“Collar Full” seems to be a continuation of the story told in “Far Too Young to Die” — it’s all about going after this girl the singer has been chasing, making memories and how the singer wants her to be “the death” of him.
It may also be connected to earlier track “Casual Affair” — Panic! frontman Brendon Urie told Rock Sound:
“It was kind of in the same vein lyrically and thematically as ‘Casual Affair,’ you’re caught in that moment like, ‘oh, shit!’ Just being infatuated with ‘that world,’ living out a fantasy in your mind of this girl that you’re chasing after.“
