Opus Pro are a Latvian hard rock band, that originated from two other bands Opus and Metronoms back in 1986. They are one of the most respected Latvian rock acts, although their lyrical themes are often cited as being "too bubble gum and cheesy". The band is famous for their patriotic anthem Brīvību Baltijai and their slow-tempo love ballads Rozā lietus and Šonakt. Recently they have teamed up with young singer Aisha, the daughter of lead singer, for a new album Tu un es, which came out in 2006.
