On Wave is an unsigned Russian underground band from Selyatino Village. With over 25,000 listeners and over 200,000 plays they claim to be the unsigned artist with the most listeners on last.fm in Russia. They have recorded three self-produced EPs, few singles, and a one album downloadable for free on onwavemusic.com, at myspace and on last.fm.
