"Shakermaker" is a song by the Britpop group Oasis, the second track and second single from their debut album Definitely Maybe, released on 13 June 1994. The song was named after "Shaker Maker," a toy from the 70's popular in the US and part of Europe. It is the only single from the band's first two albums not to reach at least platinum status in the UK, and their only single of the 1990s not to be certified gold. The single was released with the b-side "D'Yer Wanna Be A Spaceman," an 8-track demo for a track titled "Alive," and a live version of "Bring it On Down."

According to the Shakermaker Songfacts, the last verse of this song was written in the back of a taxi by Noel Gallagher on the way to record the song. Liam said to Noel, "We haven't actually got a last verse for this song," so Noel wrote it there and then. Noel Gallagher later ran into some legal trouble regarding the melody's striking similarity to that of a Coca Cola jingle in the 70's. The company sued, resulting in the band having to slightly alter the song's instrumentation.

The video for "Shakermaker" was shot outside the council house in Burnage, Manchester where the Gallagher boys grew up.
