'Mustt' means a lot of different things depending on the context. I guess the best way to put it is a feeling of absolute ease, a perennial state of relaxation, contentment and self-absorption (without the negative connotations) and being high on life. Hence why the song is subtitled 'Lost in his Work'. In everyday usage, when describing something as 'mustt', it means awesome/great/sexy/the shiznit etc. When responding to "How's life?" or "How was your weekend?" it's usually used to describe a somewhat laidback attitude, supremely content and happy in that special happy place deep inside your head. It could mean you had an original, mind-blowing experience. Or it could mean you were happy in your comfy chair, surfing the Internet, sleeping 12 hours a day and living on fried stuff and cheese.
