The Top Hat Carriers (Nos-ei HaMigbaat, Hebrew: נושאי המגבעת) was an Israeli rock & synth band formed in Jerusalem in 1984 and disbanded in 1992.
It reached its peak of success in 1991, when it was signed by Hed Artzi label. That same year they released the album "Who Murdered Agneta Falskog", produced by Shlomi Bracha. Shortly after they reached the end of their journey. About five years later the band disbanded.
Moti Shaharbani, the band's producer, released the album "Bearers of the Hat", which included old recordings of the band that have not yet been released in an orderly fashion, including "Live in Beit Shemesh" and "Who Murdered Agneta Falskog".

נושאי המגבעת הייתה להקת רוק ישראלית שהוקמה בירושלים בשנת 1984 והתפרקה בשנת 1992. לשיא הצלחתה זכתה בשנת 1991, כשהוחתמה בחברת הד ארצי. באותה שנה הוציאה את אלבומה "מי רצח את אגנתה פאלסקוג", שהפיק שלומי ברכה. זמן קצר אחר כך הגיעה לסוף דרכה. כחמש שנים לאחר התפרקות הלהקה הוציא מוטי שהרבני, מפיק הלהקה, את האלבום "נושאי המגבעת", שכלל הקלטות ישנות של הלהקה שטרם פורסמו באופן מסודר, בהן "Live in בית שמש" וכן שלוש גרסאות שונות לשירים שהופיעו ב"מי רצח את אגנתה פאלסקוג".
