No idea why this wasn't included on the album -- it's way better than at least half the DPP tracks. [10]

It wasn’t included on the album, because it wouldn’t have physically fit. Five minutes more would have gone slightly over the technical maximum of 80 minutes for a CDDA.

This was my fyvourite song from DPP back in 2007-2008, when I wss a huge Nightwish fan. Now I'm just remembering what I was listening that time and my download was missing Escapist. I absolutely forgot about this, but thanks to wikipedia I now hear this perfect masterpiece.

I really should just randomly place this in between two of the album tracks when I'm listening to DPP, because Meadows of Heaven is just the absolutely perfect ending to that album that it just doesn't feel right to listen to this after it. :D

Why is it that people STILL complain about Tarja and Anette? The band chose Anette, and that was THEIR decision. And besides, if you like Tarja's voice better, listen to her solo albums and don't waste time bashing Anette on every Nightwish page. Just enjoy the music. Anette's vocals are beautiful.

One of my favorite songs from Nightwish, period. The lyrics, arrangement, and Anette's voice, ugh it's just perfect.

hm, to say the truth, I don`t think it´s that great... It´s quite simple listening, not good, not bad...

Much better than most songs on DPP, it should definitely have been on the album. Reminds me of the Wishmaster days, or rather a mix of Wishmaster/Oceanborn and Century Child/Once/DPP. An amazing song, definitely could have replaced Amaranth, Bye Bye Beautiful, Whoever Brings the Night or For the Heart I Once Had...
