"Ganja Burn" is the opening track on Nicki Minaj's fourth studio album 'Queen.' The track is described as reggae fusion and was produced by J. Reid. Minaj's recording engineer Big Juice stated that 75% of the song, including the hook, was freestyled. The lyrics see Minaj defending her position in the industry and were praised by critics for their wordplay. A music video for the song was released a few days after the album dropped, with themes matching the Queen album cover.
"Ganja Burn," peaked at #60 on the Billboard Hot 100 as well as at #27 on the R&B/Hip-Hop songs chart. The song also charted in Scotland, Canada and New Zealand, peaking at #67, #47 and #13 respectively. The music video has since been viewed over 50 million times.
