On the fourth track of their five-track-EP N.W.A decides to take shots at hip-hop groups in general for imitating and copying their style. The two last verses also contains some disses against Ice Cube who left the group a couple of months prior to this EP.
This song is often thought of as a diss track towards Ice Cube, which is not true. The song’s intro clearly states that they’re addressing hip-hop groups in general. However this track as also released on the groups 1991 album “Niggaz4Life”, which has a different intro where they address only Ice Cube.
