This is the song that made me fall in love with them. When I was 13 going to U2 concert and they were only the opening band, they amazed me with pure talent playing live. I couldn't not fall in love - The piano section along with the violins and etc is brilliant

The fact is simple : Queen invented absolutely NOTHING MUSICALLY. Queen ripped off a LOT OF musical AND Vocal influences from classical music to opera to GOSPEL . Period

Yes, there is a Queen reminiscence. And it was made on purpose. The Queen parts comprise at most 10 seconds of the song. The other 210 seconds are done only by Muse. I think most of the people saying "QUEEN OMG" just want to look like music erudites. But you see, being able to recognize a Queen-esque passage doesn't make one an erudite. It's some kind of common knowledge I suppose. I adore Muse. I adore Queen. But this song has much more Muse than Queen in it.

"Queen + Chopin = Fantastic Musical Combination. Muse on the other hand, so-so" Do YOU Get that THIS song has been composed by MATTHEW BELLAMY and NOT QUEEN ? You Get it ? You should. MUSE = GENIUS

I really love Queen and Muse, so it's nice to hear for me, that they are similar in some songs...

just realized how bad this song is. First they steal from Queen and than an entire piece by Chopin. Anybody seen creativity? And then this pathos like they could save the world with song. There have been written an awful lot of better songs based on "1984" (which is, by the way one of my favorite novels). maybe you guys check out "2+2=5" by Radiohead? I remember times when Muse was a very good band who had not the presumtion to do such things. The whole album as a failure :/

I am not a fan of queen...and it took me quite some time to accept this song because in my opinion Muse is so unique and so good that they dont need to sound like any other band. But I have to say...now that I got used to it,Im in love with this song and I think is one of their most creative songs...even the "arabian" parts are wonderful. A masterpiece as always...

My wife is the muse fan in the house... She loves them but apart from a few songs I've never been over keen. However she is disappointed with this song and the album as a whole whereas I love it. A fantastic song and a faultless album. She dragged me along to see them two years ago and although a great gig I moaned quite a bit. She's going to see them in London in November with the girls but after hearing this... I wish I was going too. More of the same please lads. And your right queen and temple of doom all the way, but as queen were awesome and temple of doom the undisputed best of the 'indy' scores there's nowt wrong with that.
