"No" is a song recorded by American singer-songwriter Meghan Trainor. Released by Epic Records on March 4, 2016, it served as the lead single from her second major-release Thank You (2016). Trainor co-wrote "No" with Jacob Kasher, and its producer Ricky Reed; it is a dance-pop song that draws influences from various musical genres including doo-wop and R&B. Lyrically, it discusses men who approach women and "can’t take the hint" when their advances are rejected.

"No" received favorable reviews from music critics who found the musical direction new for Trainor and a noticeable departure from her previous work. It was likened to the works of Britney Spears and NSYNC circa early 2000s. "No" was released along with a preorder of the parent album, not long after Trainor's win for Best New Artist at the 58th Grammy Awards.
