Original version was printed in 100 numbered copies. It was later reprinted in
an unnumbered version with the following text added on the fold-out: "This is a
re-release of the original PFA demo from 1986. It is an official release, but
please do not confuse it with the limited edition." Later (during the
Helvete-era) reprinted again, some copies with the above text, some copies
without.
The cover shows a picture of "O Cristo Torturado" ("The Tortured Christ") by
Brazilian sculptor Guido Rocha (1933-2007).
