Max García Conover is an American singer and songwriter
He was chosen by the NPR Mountain Stage Newsong Contest as one of the best new songwriters in the US northeast.
Now based in Portland, Maine, Conover has lived in Puerto Rico, Spain, western New York, coastal Maine, and Taiwan, and has been writing songs throughout. After returning to Maine, he put out his first EP in July 2011 and a second, entitled Birches Lo, in February 2012.
In 2022, he released "Deer".
