“Operation Lifesaver AKA Mint Test” is a humorous accounting of an interaction with a girl who has bad breath. The humor primarily derives from the contrast between the melodrama of Madlib’s samples and the silliness of the content.
MF DOOM has used variations of the song’s title on his other works. The name of his first album was "OPERATION: DOOMSDAY", and a track from that album was titled “Operation: Greenbacks”.
