“Congratulations” is the intro to The Divine Feminine by Mac Miller, and it begins in a similar way to some of his old mixtapes, such as Macadelic and track two from Faces—it has a female voice whispering and introducing the project.
The song overall is about a girl that Mac loves and is heavily laced with history. Mac has so many memories with this girl and plans to wait for her because she is just so “divine.”
