Lockett Pundt, known as Lotus Plaza, lead guitarist of Deerhunter, wrote Rain Down for the feature film, PRE.
PRE, a feature length film, was inspired by the days immediately after 9/11 and literally refers to the 90 minutes before a play starts. The film re-creates the small pocket of time directly following 9/11 when New Yorkers and most of the world acted as if they were part of an ensemble.
