Confetti is the sixth studio album by British girl group Little Mix, released on 6 November 2020 through RCA Records. The album was recorded before the COVID-19 pandemic, which interfered with the subsequent promotion plan for the album. It was the group's last album to feature former group member Jesy Nelson, who left the group in December 2020, and their first album to be released under RCA Records, following their split from Syco Music.

Musically, Confetti, is primarily a pop and R&B record with elements of 1980s pop, 2000s pop, and gospel music. Upon release the album was met with positive reviews from critics with some describing it as a solid pop album with praise given to its production. The album addresses themes of self-acceptance, self-worth, freedom, and independence. The album was supported by four singles; "Break Up Song", "Holiday", "Sweet Melody", became the group's fifth number-one single in the United Kingdom and a remix of the title track, featuring Saweetie. An expanded edition of the album was later released on 11 December 2020, and includes the stand-alone singles; "No Time for Tears" (with English DJ Nathan Dawe), "Bounce Back" and "One I've Been Missing".

Commercially, Confetti peaked at two on the UK Albums Chart, becoming the fastest-selling album of 2020 by a British act, and the group's sixth album to reach the top five there, and topped the Irish Albums Chart, becoming the group's third number one album in the country. Elsewhere, it reached the top ten of the charts in ten other territories, and peaked at number eighty-five on the US Billboard 200 charts. It is currently Little Mix's highest rated album to date on Metacritic. To promote the album, the group have embarked on The Confetti Tour, and gave televised performances on Little Mix The Search, The Jonathan Ross Show, and the 2020 MTV EMAs.
