Listening to "Led Zeppelin III" released on October 5, 1970. Many of the songs featured on the album were conceived in mid-1970 at Bron-Yr-Aur, an 18th-century cottage in Gwynedd, Wales, on a hilltop overlooking the Dyfi Valley, three miles north of the market town Machynlleth. This set the tone for this masterpiece of music. No electric or running water, Page & Plant where roughing it(LOL), they only had a staff of 7. Song written by Jones, Page & Plant.

They are A Fantastic 70's Rock Band nothing more. People read all this heavy, deep, profound, cryptic meaning into it, I know we did it when the albums came out. Music has never meant anything or changed anything, it just makes you feel good.

In my opinion, LZ III is the best album these guys recorded. Plant's vocals have always been hard to take - for me - but he is not as bombastic as he became with the 4th album onward. Musically, though, the band shined on every track on this record.
