"Taco Truck x VB" is split into two parts: "Taco Truck" and "VB". The first part starts with the introduction of her new boyfriend who she met at a taco truck. While she's feeling unwell, she asks for her vape to feel better. She talks about how it would be interesting if they actually cared about each other's well-being, expressing their apathy. However, despite being better, she still has a violent side to her. "Lanita" is a nickname for Lana, which she uses to describe herself and how she can be pretty and dangerous at the same time. The "gold chain" she mentions represents her nickname, hence stating that she is Lanita.

In the chorus, Lana mentions that if she goes crazy, it would be like the movie "Carlito's Way", which is about a gangster who tries to go on the straight and narrow but is eventually sucked back into the world of crime. She expresses herself in her dancing when she's feeling out of control and spins herself out of the frenzy.

The spoken-out outro by Margaret Qualley is a dream-like sequence where she describes her getting up early in the morning, taking a shower and going back to sleep, forgetting her dream.

In the second part of the song, "VB", Lana points out the return of her ex-boyfriend, inviting the listener to come over and hang out. The chorus of this part mentions her missing the person, calling herself their "little Venice Bitch" and hanging out with the neighborhood children, showing a sense of nostalgia.

The bridge talks about how she would be jealous of the love if she and her partner weren't together, but she is grateful to have him. The song ends with Lana calling out, signing off, and expressing her sentiment in the form of sound effects - "bang, bang, kiss, kiss". Overall, "Taco Truck x VB" is a nostalgic song about love, nostalgia, and a longing for connection.

It is the sixteenth and final track from Lana Del Rey's ninth studio album, Did You Know That There's a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd. The song samples Lana's 2019 song "Venice Bitch" from her album Norman Fucking Rockwell!
