Labesse group (which means "all right" in Arabic) is the charismatic singer-songwriter of Algerian origin, accompanied by the talented Nedjim Bouizzoul and Pierre Emmanuel Poizat, clarinet, and percussionists Takfarinas Kichou Donkeys and Beglerbegovic Georgi Stankov on bass. Nedjim sometimes sings in Arabic and sometimes in French, celebrates tolerance and freedom of the rich and festive melodies traveling the Spanish flamenco, the Cuban guaracha through the music from different cultures of the Arab-Berber and Black Africa. Arrived in Montreal in the summer of 2003, the young guitarist Nedjim hoarse voice, will, within months, tamed his adopted city and the people here playing in the subway. Seasoned guitarist, he is quickly noticed by other professional musicians from the Montreal music scene. These multiple meetings will be allowed the artist to set up a motley quintet.

Labess to far played three times in the popular television show Belle et Bum, his show was recorded and broadcast on Espace Musique of Radio Canada. Labess to participate in various festivals like the Montreal Francofolies, Festival du Monde Arabe, Rhythms of the World of the Saguenay and the National Arts Centre in Ottawa in addition to the benefits of various scenes in Quebec. The group was also invited to provide the first parts of Rachid Taha in Montreal and Ottawa.

The band's first album Labess "All is well" is nominated at the Gala A.DI.SQ 2007 for Best Album of the Year in World Music, they are also nominated for the Canadian Music Awards.
