El viaje de Copperpot is La oreja de Van Gogh's second studio album. This album includes the hit singles La Playa, Cuídate, París, Pop and Soledad, among others. It was recorded after the success of their previous album thanks to singles such as El 28, Cuéntame al Oído and Soñaré. In this album La oreja de Van Gogh explores different sounds continuing their trends started in their first album, but in a more polished way. The success of this album would strengthen the band's status as a main figure in Spanish pop music.
