Gag Order is the fifth studio album by American singer-songwriter Kesha. It was released on May 19, 2023, by Kemosabe Records and RCA Records. Announced in late April 2023, the album sees the singer as executive producer following her previous two albums. She primarily worked with producer, Rick Rubin, who helped her dive deep into her more vulnerable side to create the project. Other producers include Stuart Crichton, Stint and Drew Pearson.

Sonically, the album marks a departure from the electro-pop sound of her previous albums and is instead primarily an experimental, art-pop album with elements of gospel, electronic, and soul music. Kesha stated that she wanted to weave together a variety of genres through a cohesive emotional and artful lens on this record. Lyrically, the album depicts dark and emotional themes on her own personal experiences while working in the music industry. The title of the album is a reference to her legal battles against producer Dr. Luke.

The album was proceeded by three singles. "Eat the Acid " and "Fine Line " were released on April 28, 2023 as a dual single. The third single, "Only Love Can Save Us Now " was released two days prior to the album on May 17, 2023.
