Biography
There have been two artists with this name.
1. Katcha was the name used by Bernie Hurst to record the trance/house single "Touched by God" released by Hooj Tunes in 1999. He also did a very successful remix of Moby's Natural Blues in 2000, which has appeared on multiple compilations since then.
2. DJ Katcha is one of the prominent figures on the czech drum and bass scene and she has already been improving her mixing skills for more than nine years. She regularly spins the records at prestigious club parties as well as at the big music festivals.
And the list of the top drum and bass DJs next to whom she has alerady been performing is really extensive.

High evaluation for DJ Katcha is also the fact, that since 2001 she has been sponsored by Carhartt europe.
Now,
Katcha is also working on her own music production and plans to release her first tracks by the end of 2006.
In 2004 she took part to the international Red Bull Music Academy workshop, and to a DJ workshop in Chinese capitol city Peking in May 2006.
As a DJ she played in Germany, Slovakia, Poland, Netherlands, Switzerland, France, Israel, Russia, Italy and China.
