Old memories hang on and gravitate by weights of sorrow Through cracks and wounds our pain reflected in a thousand mirrors <3

I'm glad that they keep experimenting with different styles, but this really doesn't work for me...

It's the best kind of love, when after the first listening the only thing I can say is: ' it's ok, but obviously it won't be my favourite track' and then, after a while the song hits me and I suddenly discover its inexpressible beauty. And its unbelievably deep sadness, increased by the contrast between music and lyrics. Now I perceive it as a hymn of loss of the light, final acceptance of your grim fate, while you still remember your brightest moments and the only thing you can do is to smile sadly to your memories and go forward, up to the (dead) end. There's nothing more Katatonic...

gosh I heard it the first time after buying the cd and I was stunned. It's not their style of the previous years, but it's so different and brilliant. There isn't seriously a song I don't like on their entire dicography.

I think this is probably one of Katatonia's best songs. Why is it a bonus track though?

Bongos + acoustoc guitar + Frank Default + Jonas's voice = a bonus track that is once again better than half of the standard album.

"steven wilson wrote this song" -- yeah, that was my first thought, too. It shares a certain sentiment with "Where We Would Be" and the nostalgic moments of Porcupine Tree's "Lightbulb Sun" album as a whole.
