I hate Jugulator but I love this fucking album. Owens is a legend for this release alone. I really hate the bad rep this era of Preist gets, I think people just repeat opinions of it they've heard rather than form their own. Probably my 6th favorite Priest effort after Sad Wings of Destiny, Hell Bent For Leather/Killing Machine, Screaming for Vengeance, Painkiller, and Nostradamus.

Yep, this is where Tim feels more comfortable to sing than Jugulator. I like this heavy/industrial theme, sometimes sounds like Metal Gear or stuff like this. And now we have KK's Priest with Downing and Owens to prove what Priest could be if they kept the same style from Halford era

Just heard this again recently and it's honestly ok. Better then Nostradamus for sure.

Interesting. I've never heard that album before and just bought it brand new to complete my collection.

You're both wrong. Nostradamus was fresh and interesting, but because of 'fans' like you songs from it weren't featured live enough and Priest leaned toward safe same-old routine, afraid to take another real creative step forward. Redeemer is among JP's worst, so is Demolition.

Nostradamus is good, IMO. Redeemer of Souls was absolutely buttfucked by the extremely hideous mixing. That fucking thing needs a remix big time.

Machine Man, Close to You and Metal Messiah slap. This album may be bad overall but it's much more interesting to listen to than something like Point of Entry.

Well that was about as pleasant as vomiting and having diarrhea at the same time. Every second of this album is terrible. Holy shit, I'm never voluntarily listening to any of this again. Truly a 0/10.

I'm a big fan of Jugulator, a strong supporter of Ripper Owens and a massive Priest fan, but I'm not deaf, blind or dumb: this album stinks. Priest let Ripper and themselves down with this by making him abandon his strengths and being all over the map stylistically. There are a few good songs, but as is the case with tons of late-90s/early-00s albums it's absurdly overlong and just has so much weak, unmemorable material. I do really like "Machine Man" and "One on One," though. I pretty much never listen to this one and would honestly prefer if it didn't exist. Neck and neck with Rocka Rolla for the band's worst, IMO.

Definitely the weakest Judas Priest album. But there are some decent songs on it.

I seriously saw someone calling this "nu metal". That someone needs to get the ears fixed. It's very heavy and dark and Ripper is great, but for Priest standards it's not a very good album. I prefer Jugulator with Ripper, but this is not at all bad. Would've been better if JP released the Ripper albums under another name, though.

This album is excellent. Tim Owens kick ass. Lost And Found is one of the best ballads of the Judas Priest! ;D

What an awful album... I liked Jugulator much better (speaking Ripper-wise era).

Good album. Only good, some songs reminds me DIO's Magica album. It could be better.

Tim Owens SUCKS! He ruined an entire era of Judas Priest and Iced Earth. If only Rob was doing the vocals for this album and Jugulator, I would be completely fine with both of them because they actually sound really good.

I find that quite interesting, Jugulator93, because the Jugulator album is exactly the same with stupid sound effects at the start of every song, and you appear to like that album a fair bit. Anyway, I love both albums. Haven't listened to Demolition in a while but it still sounds great.

I completely agree with KingOfTriptiis. Demolition is, in my opinion a really weak album, with only one song i liked (Hell is home). I mean really, almost every song starts with some dumb sounds which immediately puts me off.

I think this album its the best of owens era, but i think with owens albums, Judas isn´t the same, so i think the best ju8das is with halford, and the best album is PAINKILLER :)
