Did these guys just not get on? And that's why they haven't reformed for a show or two? I don't understand how they haven't popped up every so often

Can't believe they split up 5 years ago, I remember buying repercussions in 2002, not entirely sure why it says 2006 on here. Maybe a re-release? Anyone know if any of them have moved onto other bands? The only one I'm aware of is Paul (TANKAXELOVE) still doing his arty stuff.

The best CD was their first release. They gave in to mediocre metalcore after that.

Listening to repercussions of a badly planned suicide takes me right back to 2002..its been on of my favourite albums from day one and still is/always will be. Incredible. Its a shame they were called "the uks answer to converge" and changed their style, that said everything they've done is gold.

Well, Pin from Sikth now has a new band - Aliases. They are releasing their debut in August 15th I think (via Basick Records). Reuben Gotto is still in Twin Zero and as I know they are preparing new album for this year... At least that's what their facebook profile says... Beecher announced few months ago that they're back and they plan to play few shows in UK this summer. I don't know if this is just tour re-union or something more. Earthtone9 is also re-united and they released Ep few days ago. :)

There was something really special going on in the early 00s - JT, Beecher, Eden Maine, Miocene, Mahumodo, Capdown, Earthtone9 (somewhat earlier) - all brewing something different, interesting and mostly unlike anything else. They all split and I still miss the uniqueness of these bands. Mahumodo went onto *shels and Devil Sold His Soul - so there's some luck there. Some of the Beecher guys formed the Freezing Fog (right?). Anyone know anything about the others? I don't think you can compare these bands to any other......

yes man, I agree with you. JT was really special band and they're still my favorite. It's really sad they decided to break up, but we got to respect their decision. It's obvious they were fed up with state in musical industry and the fact they never got deserved attention. So it's better to do something else in your life if you're broke as a musician. BMTH is definition of bad and "scene" music and I really feel sorry for anyone who say they're something groundbreaking and revolutionary. Damn, I miss them :/

Comparing this band to BMTH, why does everyone think BMTH set a standard!? They're nothing compared to this band. Not even in the same genre for a start. This bands ep totally blew me away when I heard it in 2002, its a shame they didnt stick to that sound though I loved it (Although I love the following 2 albums just as much). They were described as the uks answer to converge (dont see it myself) and changed their sound after ROABPS..because they wanted to stand out from everyone else and all the copycat bands (BMTH being a watered down TBDM with their first full length) which they did, they didn't get the recognition they deserved! And the only bad thing this band ever did was break up..ive just noticed ive ranted about this before..im still posting it.

@Joerox WHAT?! They sound absolutely nothing like BMTH, Especially that god awful ep TIWTEOYSWMF! Shame on you comparing the 2. This band were incredible especially live, remember meeting them all in Manchester. Good times..
