apparently this has been on spotify longer than I realised, it reminds me of reading the wondLa book series driving through glasgow (if you go on the guardian website you can find my book review on it lmao) but honestly I didn't need another song that I used to love in spotify they make me unstable

Should have added a *new* in there. I know very well what the song is about but it's bloated and clichéd and this is coming from someone who rates Jay very highly.

Jay-Z is rapping about the cost of fame (thus the allusions to Kurt Cobain's suicide). Justin is singing about Fame being like a bad relationship, and Jay is rapping about how invasive it is. Would be great if people would actually listen to lyrics instead of just writing it off as mindless rap. [2]

Really half-assed. Jay's not really saying anything here, despite the bloated presentation and title.
