"Up" is a song by Romanian eurodance singer, INNA. The song was initially released as a stand-alone single on October 29, 2021 along with a lyric video. The track received airplay throughout Romania and other European countries, peaking at number one in the singer's native country, Romania.
Following the success of the single, INNA teased that a 'big singer' would be featured on a new version of the song through Twitter. On December 14, 2021, INNA revealed that the remix version would feature Jamaican dancehall singer, Sean Paul. The music video with Sean Paul was released December 18, 2021, earning over 1 million views in its first day on YouTube. Later, INNA released another music video for the track, this time for the solo version.
The song was a huge commercial success, becoming INNA's 5th #1 song in Romania, and reaching #1 in numerous other European countries, Belarus, Bulgaria, Russia, Poland, the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and Ukraine. It was included at #50 on the Romanian 2021 year end charts.
