This album is spectacular! As good as anything Bowie was involved with in the 70s.

Or maybe the first? Jesus, this is hard. Both are great in their own way, I tend to prefer The Idiot more frequently, but this one has grow on me really fast these last weeks. I mean, I really liked it before, but now I started to appreciate the different styles explored on this album and how it sounds like a mix between vintage music genres and some futuristic ones. There are songs that really feel like they are the basis for many later artists, as well. "Some Weird Sin" is basically the song that The Strokes never wrote, and "Tonight" sounds like those pop hits from the 80's that were cheesy, but awesome at the same time.

That is not the "Lust for Life" version of 'The Passenger'. His voice is much lower pitched in the real version. Still one of my favorite songs of all time, but this version is different and not as good as the "real" LP version.

Wonderful album, though I prefer The Idiot. Some of the tracks (Fall In Love With Me, the title track, Sixteen, Tonight) are better than some of those on The Idiot, but the album's not as complete, not as much of a trip. Still, great rock.
