IM NOT AFRAID was written by Juanita and Joel Steins' (brother and sister) dad, Peter Stein who wrote the song and put it on his album TEAR IT DOWN in 2005, recorded in Sydney Australia. The Bells called up the dad at a packed audience at the Metro venue in Sydney and the performance is featured on youtube. This is a musical family and Peter Stein has written songs for the Blind Boys of Alabama, a grammy winning gospel blues band.
