No. 5 was initially released sometime in 2005 on the band's MySpace page, where it became their first song to warrant a music video. In 2006, it was re-recorded and remastered and included on a MySpace Records compilation album. In 2007, it was the first song to be re-recorded and remastered for their unreleased album, Hollywood Undead, which it was intended to be the first single off of. In 2008, it was yet again re-recorded and remastered one last time for their debut album, Swan Songs, where it became the first single released off of the album.
