High Fashion was a dance and R&B group from the early 80s. They released two albums on Capitol Records. The group's original line-up included Eric McClinton, Meli'sa Morgan, and Alyson Williams. All members had a background in the music business. Eric had worked as a vocalist with The Mike Theodore orchestra. Meli'sa had sung on several albums by Kleeer and was part of the short-lived group Shades of Love. Alyson is the daughter of the Jazz musician Bobby Booker and had provided background vocals for several albums by Unlimited Touch.

Their first album, Feelin' Lucky included two singles that were relatively successful on the Billboard Soul Charts: "Feelin' Lucky Lately" and "Hold On." In 1983 Meli'sa Morgan left the group and was replaced by jazz vocalist Marcella Allen. Their second album, Make Up Your Mind, was released in 1983, but it did not sell as well as their debut. The group disbanded some time around 1985. Alyson Williams went on to pursue a successful career as an R&B singer.
