Former member of the hip hop band La Puta Opepé, El Hermano L stands as one of the main acts in the Spanish dancehall reggae scene. After many live performances together with the backing band Barcelona Ranking Soldiers and excellent partnerships with some of the best Spanish djs and mcs of reggae and hip-hop, this artist has established itself as one of the most charismatic and sought mcs.

In 1992 using the nickname The Big L releases "A granel" (1993). That same year he meets Golpessito and Biyi, members of La Puta Opepé, and joins the group to release "Splendor en la yerba" (1993). Due to the success of the recording, its relationship with the group is formalized and they release several albums.

In 2008 he published his first solo CD "BAD TO THE BONE ': A Social and assertive tone, the album is pure rhythm and fun. The irony and humour are evident right from the title, whose artwork also suggests cared sobriety of productions.

For the occasion L Brother has been helped by producers like Professor Angel Dust (Pacheco Entertainment RICO), Aerresse, Cooking Soul, The Cobra Sound, Roberto Sánchez (Lone Ark / A-Lone Productions), El Charro of Calaveras (La Puta OPEC), Alberto Dubscience (LA Dancehall Crew - USA)
or reggae producer Jouqmahi malagueño Ras.

He also has been mixed by Dive Dibosso (producer 7Notas 7Colores) for most of the "club" tracks, leaving the production of more melodic stuff to Doctr & Minott of Ranking Soldiers, Rachid 'Kamikaze' Bagasse or the aforementioned engineer sound and vocalist Roberto Sanchez.

It also features collaborations with Mykal Rose (singer of the legendary Black Uhuru) and Flavio Rodriguez, in addition to the chorus of The Pepper Pots and Marga Mbande (half of the duo Dlux R'n'B Barcelona) and the Section winds Lone Ark Riddim Force.
