Heiter bis wolkig (proper spelling: Heiter bis Wolkig; now also Härter bis wolkig or HbW for short) is a German punk band and cabaret group from Cologne. Their albums are a mix of punk songs, radio plays and sketches.
From 1986 to 2002, the group appeared on stage over 1,100 times on tours in Germany, Belgium, Brazil, Austria and Switzerland.
