2010 2CD reissue is the best reissue, too bad it doesn't have a booklet with the lyrics.

Listening to this album is like being pounded slowly in the head with a sledgehammer. Or being trampled by an elephant.

This and Swans' Cop are not only similar sounding, they're both essential and related pieces IMO.

Idiots-Rule
The only other album I can think of that, at the time, was just as evil sounding is Bathory's "Under The Sign Of The Black Mark". Otherwise I'd say this was the most evil sounding record ever in 1989. It still is one of the most evil, if still not the number one. One thing's for sure - there's no other record like it.

I watched the film the other day and I saw it in the earlier comments, too. I was right, then. Of course, googling a little also confirmed what I thought. Good idea for a cover, should I say

I'm not big on industrial, but to me I'm a bit confused as to why the majority of "tags" don't classify it as industrial metal?

still THE industrial metal album after all the years. yes, it even beats Ministry's albums "Psalm 69" and "The Mind Is A Terrible Thing To Taste".
