Probably the best ambient techno album I can think of. It never really gets old and always reveals new textures and shades.

Pentamerous Metamorphosis changed my life when I first heard it at the young age of 17. Nothing has even remotely touched it since, and I blindly laud anything Tom Middleton has done since then due to it.

My wife and I used to slip on space suits and try to make love to their music. Only until after she died did I realize we could have cut holes in the crotch.

An absolute classic ambient album. Phenomenal. I have a playlist with it and Selected Ambient Works Vol.2 on shuffle, it makes for perfect late night listening.

76:14 лучший альбом который мне доводилось послушать, Я до сих пор не понимаю почему он так не популярен.

@vela there really aren't too many to choose from (at least as full albums.) I think the pentamerous is a great start. but with their multitude of aliases and side projects there's lots to dig into. the mixes I did on percussion lab will give you the full package, short of Pritch and Middelton's more recent solo outings and collabs http://www.percussionlab.com/users/hayhook

The recent news about Curiosity landing made me realize how much 76:14 makes me think of Mars. It's like you're the first man on its surface, all alone because the rest of your crew died in a failed landing. The communication systems are busted and there's no way back home. During the course of the album, you delve into introspection and eventually come to terms with your fate.

the more i listen to 76:14, the more i wonder why more people don't seem to know about it.
