G-드래곤 is the leader of Korean group BIG BANG. He debuted as a child hip-hop artist but never released any albums and was limited to being featured on other YG Entertainment artists' albums. Before BIG BANG was formed, G-드래곤 and fellow BIG BANG member 태양 performed as a duo at concerts such as YG artist SE7EN's 'First SE7EN', as backup dancers and rappers. They were known as G-드래곤 & YB 태권.
G-드래곤 enjoys drawing pictures and listening to music and is talented in the areas of rapping, dancing, beat boxing, composing, and singing. Since BIG BANG's debut, G-드래곤 has taken an active role in composing for BIG BANG's releases.
