My very first Fugazi record... God, I was so young when I first listened to this. It's still my favorite Fugazi album and it will always hold a special place in my sonically thrashing heart.

This one seems to be ignored by a lot of Fugazi fans, much like Steady Diet of Nothing. I think it's one of their best records, though. By this point they had developed into a band with a near telepathic connection and as such the instrumental interplay is utterly incredible. These songs are pretty strange, many of them falling apart in the middle and turning into seemingly entirely new songs. This and Red Medicine would make me think the boys had been smoking a lot of pot or indulging in mushrooms and acid if I didn't know any better. Very trippy stuff.

I heard this years ago and didn't quite know what I thought of it, but after dozens of listens I found myself completely in love with it, my fav Fugazi album by far.

red medicine has catchier tracks for me, and is my favourite - but this one is so damn cool and experimental.

This actually might be my favorite Fugazi album, even beating "Repeater". This was my fourth album by them, but for some reason this hit me on an even deeper level than the other ones. It has their best instrumental ever too.

Unlike the very many of you, this was the very first Fugazi album which I immersed myself into. It's true, there wasn't any lowering of a dainty toe into water, truly, a full dive it was, believe me when I say it.

Break, Place Position, Recap Modotti, Five Corporations... a dark, almost funky album.
