Love how Fats anticipated the invention of the wah-wah pedal, it didn't exist yet, so he improvised! One of the Fathers of Rock!

Great R&B song! This was in The Irishman? Hmm... I'm gonna have to watch that movie again.

well said retro lad. That made me smile. Fats Domino rocks, music from any period if good can still sound fresh and this is RIPE

I happen to like pop music of this period..Whether its Fats Domino or Dinah Shore, at least it is better than Nickleback! (then again, what isn't?)

This sounds alot like just jammin' to me , in the long breaks btwn the verses , interesting form , for a song .I think the only thing i had ever heard was bleuberry hill , before by this artist , interesting and diff keyboard playing from that tune .

Bliss. Think of how appalling most pop music was in 1949, and Fats outswung most of what was emerging through the R&B of the time .... and he has maintained this standard ever since. One of the Good Guys,
