In “Medicine Ball” Eminem mocks the late actor Christopher Reeve, who was paralysed after a horse-riding accident. Shady previously rapped about Reeve on “Rain Man” and in “My 1st Single” in his 2004 album "Encore". Eminem broods about the dependency on sleep medication that he found himself in post-"Encore".
