The "Epoch Coda" is a great hymn for EMO, who are lost in time, but are eternally alive with it. Absolute power!)

I'm a bit surprised to hear this. Imho I've always thought Relativity and Peach Club were their strongest albums imho. Relativity was epic and I like synthwave vibes so maybe that's why I like Peach Club lol. 131 and self titled I like after that after that. New album is pretty disappointing though. Just sounds like Peach Club without the aspects of it that made that album good

because ER White is still in the band and he's a founding member, get educated or get lost.

As I said, I am allllllll for bands growing and evolving. Just rename the band, it's a different band entirely, from the lineup to the content. They said it best themselves, the past should stay dead. Regardless, new album is still trash 😁💁

lmao....maybe read my other comment? Regardless bruh, it's NOT the same band, so its not evolution - it's bastardization 😭 I can't even believe these clowns supporting this act

yeah I know, and as I've said before, ER is using emarosa to cash out. has no one ever heard of *starting a new band*? regardless how you feel about the quality of the music, you simply cannot listen to the first track of their first ep followed by this most recent album and say it's the same band. I know I am being a pain in the ass here, but honestly i'd have much less of a problem with this practice if ER simply started a new band. It all feels like a cashgrab and a slap in the face to the fans as opposed to legitimate artistic growth *shrugs*

Sting is ass bro... it's the most bare-bones synth-pop out there... at least peach club had instrumentation and good melodies.

I am all for bands growing - developing - exploring other styles.....but damn, how could anyone who was into the first Emarosa albums actually bump this new shit? It's incredibly bland, vapid and derivative pop music now, and I feel like ER is clinging to the name for every cent of royalties or possible ticket sales - creatively, the band is so far removed from their original style and intent it might as well be a totally new band.....just retire "Emarosa" already, its tired and expired 💀

You know what would be funny? If they kicked Bradley out and jonny craig came back for an album like he did with Dance Gavin Dance lmao. I know no one would actually be game for this, but the idea of hearing Jonny Craig sing anything from Peach Club just sounds incredibly enticing. Also, even though Jonny did horrible things, at least he didn't groom a child.

I let go of anything involving "core" proudly about 8 years ago and converted to atmospheric black metal.. now I found the Peach club album and its fucking amazing. Definitely AOTY 2019

I hate so say it but the material after Jonny wasn't that good. "Even Bad Men Love Their Mothers" for example... it was a dreamy interlude like blessthefall did with "Buried In These Walls" and I miss these kind of moments.

Have you listened to 131 at all? The entire album has a dreamy mellow vibe to it.

I saw them last night and they were phenomenal. I can get it if you miss their old sound but their new album is fresh af in a scene where everyone is doing the same shit over and over again.

i'm here for the pop rebranding; all post-jonny material was (unfortunately) all snoozers, and I think Bradley's voice actually serves this sound better. only half of it is really interesting to me, but they're still working out the kinks. good for them

I think Emarosa might be the only band that I know of that just driven a nail into their naysayer's coffin. Peach Club is on point. Favorite Track: Hell of It.

I think the new album is a masterpiece. The way of they changed their sound is great. The don't have to be stucked on the post-hardcore way, like DGD, in other words, generic and without creativity.

Concordei até tu falar que DGD é genérico e sem criatividade; doeu meu coração.

No último álbum ficou cara.
