I remember about 10 years ago, I was like "Wait, Eagle Eye Cherry isn't a band, it's a Swedish guy?!" and now I'm like "Wait, he's Don Cherry's son?!" When will this guy that did Save Tonight stop blowing my mind, lol

At least one more record would be nice... I thought the last one 2012's "Can't Get Enough" was rather good...

"Picture me" is too repetitive and I don't care for the vocals or melody. Its really not that special compared to some others. [/Insert opinion]. You know, actually I've listened to all the albums, several times (theres not that many...), and they are good/decent. That doesn't mean I dislike them. He quickly became one of my top 10 faves, I even just bought his rare press kit. I just don't think his work was amazing. It doesn't take a lot to appreciate the work, he's kind of a straight-forward musician, especially after the debut. And there's nothing wrong with that style, its def valid in itself. So much for your cryptic assumptions, but I guess that's just your ego taking voice. You're simply not a true music fan; young douche bag elitist. Peace!

Picture Me is the best tune. Anyone calling the album decent has no clue about music. Listen to each album before hopping ahead to his latest & greatest. You're simply not ready young grasshopper.

New album is decent. I am just happy to hear his voice in 2012 and feel refreshed that hes back. That brings happiness to my ears. However - this album is nothing ground breaking. I think he knows that, and embraces it. There's no doubt his heart is always in the right place, I can hear it there. I just prefer his debut style and how he merged R&B / Rock together. (That LP brought tears to my eyes multiple times.) "Alone" and "You Kill Me Everyday" are my favorites so far. "One In A Million" is a success as well. Eagle-Eye is a songwriter who can capture emotional complexity without losing his flair for simple, timeless melodies. Hes one of today's better songwriters and I hope to hear his talent continue on.

It's a really good straight-forward song that a person who downloads singles and has a bland taste in music will "like" but if you dive into that record there's some incredibly creative and beautiful songs. Personally I love all of his records a lot.

Sub Rosa's so unique and well constructed. Definitely some of his weirdest/most edgy stuff, glad I saved maybe the best for last... Love his 3 records (we need a new one!)
