an absolutely clever usage of known pop formula. snaps to offset the meatiness of the bass + uk bass indebted sub bass kicks + soulful, sped up vocal sample + pop rapping post Kesha style cadence. But she pulls it together in a way that feels so unheard of. The beat feels a little thin due to the lack of snares, but when the throbbing sub bass comes in to fill out the rhythmic skeleton of the track it blossoms into this snap meets uk bass masterpiece. Its a progressive track and one that her label didn't know how to market well enough.
