Bad take. I now like this a lot, though it doesn't come close to half of Transatlanticism.

sls, If nothing else, one could argue that the Black Son refers to Gibbard's depressing nature revolving around someone who didn't want to stay. And since Zooey Deschanel and he just got a divorce because she felt they never saw each other... Sorta has meaning in my book.

At the dude reeling for Chris Wall's departure, he recorded on this record. This song is next level. One of the best songs they've ever released.

This is so much better than the tracks on Codes and Keys. Not entirely the old Death Cab class, but still pleasent.

I'm not enjoying this song. Maybe I'm still reeling from Chris Wall's departure.

Wasn't aware this was out. What a nice surprise. What a gift. Totally Death Cab without being overly hooky or commercial. I think that is a good sign of music to come.

Ooooh, I'm apparently one of the first five people to scrobble this. I feel so special.
