Seriously one of the hardest Bowie tracks ever, amazing opener, needs to be played loud

To me, this song sounds like its attacking the hypocrisy of many of the religious leaders of Christendom. They live upon their feet and they die upon their knees They can work with Satan while they dress like the saints They know God exists for the devil told them so They scream my name aloud down into the well below This reminds me of the passage at John 8:44-47 when Jesus calls out the hypocritical Jewish religious leaders, saying they were sons of the Devil and that's why they misled the people, because their father was the Father of the Lie.

I remember back in 2011 I saw in the news something about him retiring, along with all the false rumours about how he died. What a load of bullcrap all of it was. It's a bit saddening, though, how this triumphant return has now an ironic meaning as well.

Great song, and it has probably the most twisted, weird and creepy music videos of all time.

Honestly not quite there yet for loving this album but I will give it time as Bowie often needs :) A few songs are pretty classic but not on board with this one yet.

The best way for Bowie to say, "Im back!". After this opening i hope that no one is doubting that he still got it!

@lyle_catcliffe It's no game is absolutely incredible but it couldn't give you energy that would make you jump like a crazy during a show. And this one definitely has this kind of power. So it's still the most powerful opener since Watch that man to me.
