I love this song but don't want repetition ruin it for me. Looking for songs with a similar texture. Besides the other R.A.M tracks, the 'similar songs' section above is trash. Please comment proper recommendations below. Cheers Reddit has a pretty decent thread going on here: https://www.reddit.com/r/ifyoulikeblank/comments/cbhsk5/iil_daft_punks_slower_and_nostalgic_songs_like/ I'm hoping the Last.fm community can do even better :)

I had my music playing on my phone recently, while I was asleep, and i was just waking up, when this song was playing, and I misheard the 'I've been, for Some Time,' lyric as, 'Eileen from Salford.' I read through the lyrics later, and it made sense, but, when you are half asleep, you think, "Who is Eileen from Salford, and how do Daft Punk know her?"

Someone needs to explain me what's cheesy about this song or about Daft Punk in general... This song is deep, wistful, melancholic... But I guess those adjectives are synonyms of cheesy by our 2015 standards.

That piano is downright beautiful... but then the vocals come in... Like nails on a chalkboard.

Someone should introduce this guy to Kate Bush's "Deeper Understanding" computer voice. he wouldn't be so lonely.

"music to fuck", god go listen to portishead ffs [2] Laughed way more at that than I should have. [3] Actually, I take that back, laughing at this is the only reasonable reaction.
