eu queria que essa música se fundisse em mim e que as batidas do meu coração fossem no mesmo ritmo dela, que minha mente só visualizasse o mundo que vejo quando ela toca

When Liz said "Fa Fa Fa Fa Fa Fa Fa Fa Fa Fa Fa Fa Fa Fa Fa Fa," I really felt that.

Will always prefer one album over another, but song-wise, they never recorded a bad one. Every track is just chillingly beautiful.

Gorgeous. Would've been number one in the pop charts for ever in a perfect world. Yet again Robin produces a fantastic solo that brings a lump to my throat.

This track has the ability to bring me to tears... of joy. Sometimes listening to Cocteau Twins is like a kind of quasi-religious experience that I can't quite explain. As this track ends and you think that life can't get any sweeter, 'Suckling The Mender' kicks in with it's oh-so-sweet melody... Someone pinch me please - I think I'm in heaven.

First song I ever heard by Cocteau Twins was "Carolyn's Fingers." Heard it on the radio, wrote down the name of the band ("Cockatoo Twins"), bought the CD a few weeks later during a trip home from college. Listened to it on my dad's awesome sound system and my jaw hit the floor. After five life-changing tracks, I figured it couldn't get any better -- then "Cico Buff" came on, followed by "Suckling the Mender," and I just about lost my mind. This band is nothing less than a gift from God.
