According to the Turn Up the Music Songfacts, the song was produced and written by The Underdogs. They were inspired by Brown himself for this song. "The inspiration was really him as an artist, visualizing how he dances and how he performs, and giving him something to match that energy," said Underdog Harvey Mason Jnr to MTV News.
Multi platinum artist Chris Brown smashed the UK chart in April 2012 with “Turn Up The Music” the first single from his new album “Fortune”. Chris performed the song as the 54th Grammy Awards earlier this year.
