Biography
COLD FLARE is solo project by Kenichi Sugimoto from Ishikawa, Japan. He is well known as poi performer, and has been created trance music as "Outer Forest" since 2006, and got to create chill tracks. His first track "Another World" is compiled in "V.A. / Sunburst". The vision of his music is mixed Ambient, Dub, and Chillout. You can feel "Psybient Dope Sound".
