This sent me off digging around the internet to find the details. All I can really find is the article on consequence of sound saying that Driver, Milo and others were all accused. I can't find any conclusion except for one of drivers tweets saying that he "beat the case". If there's no proof and he got cleared are we still calling him a scumbag? Milo was also accused so do we care about his opinion? does anyone know any more? Driver always seems such a thoughtful guy and very respectful of women.

Milo wasn't accused of sexual assault. He was accused of cheating on his partner. While that's obviously not great, they're not even close to the same thing. I can find no evidence that Busdriver "beat the case" or that there even was a legal case. I do know that I've seen, firsthand, the "criminal justice" system totally blow off sexual assault victims and refuse to even open an investigation, let alone actually pursue charges. So I would not base my opinion of his innocence or guilt on whether or not a legal case was resolved. All of us want to find reasons to justify supporting artists we like, but in this case it really is a question of whether or not we choose to believe the victim, or disregard her because we like Busdriver's music.

the second half of the record is just so weak compared to the opening 5 or 6 tracks, the production becomes much more subdued and sort of blends together which is something you absolutely don't want on a Busdriver album considering how dense his lyricism is. The final stretch of the project is just mindnumbingly bland. Still a good one though overall, 7/10

I like Perfect Hair more, but new album is great and I'm glad he went for a more jazzy sound. I'm also glad to have such a long Busdriver album now.

As a huge Aesop Rock fan, I'm curious, what comes off as 'tryhard' about him? If anything, I think he tends to inject a lot of humor where others would be dead serious, while still having the message intact.

Excellent, excellent album/tape/whatever he wants to call it. In love with it, ordered a physical the other day.

Yeah, I though the new Hail Mary Mallon was better but now... I have to say Perfect Hair is this years best.

Perfect Hair is AOTY 2014, not much question in that. Nothing left to release to challenge it, and after absorbing everything else, gotta hand it to Driver.

Loving this new album, in a weird way it reminds me of something similar if Mike Patton chose to make hip-hop :D

Loving "Retirement Mode" the hardest. Very surprised it didn't make the cut of the first wave of singles.

Motion Lines is scathing. I think it's my favorite off the album, besides the hidden track with Mike.

Well the new album is INCREDIBLE!! Favourite so far is Ode to Retirement and Ego Death. Ego Death is insane, Danny Brown murders it. Eat Rich is good too

Ego Death is still my favorite. But, Can’t You tell I’m a Sociopath, Eat Rich and Colonize the Moon are all amazing.
